The Vibe Gate is a build log. Everything here comes from work that actually shipped — not from reading release notes and rewriting them.
Who runs it
My name is Faleh Alreweli. I build and ship products with AI tools from Saudi Arabia — websites, video pipelines, publishing automations. This site documents what happened when I used those tools on real projects with real deadlines and a real budget.
That location matters more than it sounds. A lot of AI tooling advice is written from inside the United States, where every API answers, every service is available and every price is the sticker price. From here, some of it simply doesn't work that way. Those gaps are some of the most useful things I can write about, because almost nobody else is writing them.
What you'll find here
Build logs. Start to finish accounts of building something — the prompts, the dead ends, the commands, the thing that finally worked.
Tool reviews. Written after using the tool on a real task, not after a free-trial tour. If I only tested one narrow use case, the review says so.
Head-to-head comparisons. Same task, two tools, same day. The winner is whichever one finished the job, even when that's the one I'd rather not recommend.
Workflows. The full pipeline for a specific outcome, with the parts that are still manual clearly marked as manual.
How this site is written
Four rules, and I'd rather publish late than break them.
Every number has a source. Prices, model sizes, benchmark scores, review counts — each one links to where it came from, and carries the date it was checked. Prices change; a number without a date is a number you can't use.
No invented experience. If I haven't run a tool myself, I don't describe using it. Some articles here recommend software I've never touched — and they say exactly that, in those words.
Corrections stay visible. When something here turns out to be wrong, the article gets corrected and the correction is noted in it. Nothing gets quietly rewritten.
Commercial links are marked at the top. Not buried in a footer. See the disclosure page for every partnership by name, including the ones I'm registered with but don't actually use.
How it makes money
Affiliate commissions. When an article links to a tool I recommend and you subscribe, this site sometimes earns a percentage — at no additional cost to you.
The obvious problem with that model is that it rewards recommending whatever pays most. The way I handle it: the comparison articles here regularly pick the tool that pays nothing, when that's the tool that won. If a recommendation ever reads like it was bought, it wasn't — but you shouldn't have to take my word for it, which is why every claim carries its source.
